Weeks 1-4: Noticeable Hunger and Early Gains
I started with a moderate dose of 10 mg per day. The first thing I noticed was a significant increase in hunger. It was almost insatiable, making it challenging to stick to my usual diet. However, this also meant that I could increase my caloric intake, which contributed to some early strength and size gains. My sleep improved noticeably; I slept deeper and woke up more refreshed.
